AirDrop or iMessage a frank.780lab.uk/h/<token> URL to a physical iPhone with the app installed. Tap the link. The app opens directly to HelperWelcomeView — not Safari, not the App Store. Welcome line reads "You're looking after [petName]." Fades to HomeView after ~3s showing only authorised pets.
AASA CDN propagation and iOS Universal Link verification is hardware- and network-dependent. iOS caches the AASA file; fresh installs re-fetch from Apple's CDN. Cannot simulate.
